Unlock Bootloader Motorola E22 Xt2239-9 Opciones

Hola como estan?, estoy en busca la sabiduria de la gente.
estoy buscando la forma de desbloquear el bootloader de mi dispositivo moto e22 serie: xt2239-9, estuve buscando información sobre la pagina oficial de motorola y dice que en el cmd de plataform tool ponga el siguiente comando : fastboot oem get_unlock_data y me sale el siguien error ;
failed (remote: unable to open fastboot hal).
